Like a crazy person, I chaperoned Donny’s Senior band trip to Disney. Check out Day 7 here.

Our final day was at Animal Kingdom. The plan was to do the park and then get on the bus about 5pm and head back to Texas (driving at night so the kids would all sleep). It was as we were entering this park that I found out my credit card numbers had been compromised. I was so frustrated! Thank goodness I had a card to John’s account and so had money to buy food, etc. until we could get home. After I took care of everything with the bank, I tried to just shake it off and enjoy the day.

I finally got close to the Tree of Life and went through the Bug’s Life show inside the tree.

And…I finally went on the roller coaster ride in the park…hated it…but I’m not much of a coaster girl. We mostly walked around and enjoyed the views, animals, lunch at the Rainforest Cafe, and the shows.

This guy made us think of The Love Guru…lol. I texted the video to Tony.

Then it was onto the bus…and a long ride home.

Thank GOD we stopped near a Starbucks for breakfast the next morning.

And when I got back to work…I’d brought souvenirs for my office mates. Love these girls!
