French Onion Chicken

French Onion Chicken, roasted potatoes, and green beans. Yummy. Recipe in post.


  • 4-6 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cans of French Onion Soup
  • 4-6 Slices of Provolone Cheese
  • Fried onions (or caramelized onions if you have the time)


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Grease a glass baking dish
  • Lay chicken in dish and cover with French Onion Soup
  • Cover dish with tin foil and cook for 1 hour or until chicken is done
  • Remove tin foil and cover chicken with cheese and onions
  • Broil until cheese is melted/starts to brown
