French Onion Chicken, roasted potatoes, and green beans. Yummy. Recipe in post.
Ingredient:
- 4-6 Chicken Breasts
- 2 cans of French Onion Soup
- 4-6 Slices of Provolone Cheese
- Fried onions (or caramelized onions if you have the time)
Recipe
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Grease a glass baking dish
- Lay chicken in dish and cover with French Onion Soup
- Cover dish with tin foil and cook for 1 hour or until chicken is done
- Remove tin foil and cover chicken with cheese and onions
- Broil until cheese is melted/starts to brown
