Like a crazy person, I chaperoned Donny’s Senior band trip to Disney. Check out Day 3 here.

Day 3 was our trip to Blizzard Beach. While it was warm enough to swim at first, bad weather quickly rolled in and we wound up leaving the park due to lightning and pouring rain. Donny had lots of fun before we had to go, though. I got in and rode around the lazy river a couple of times but I didn’t go down any slides.

The kids all changed clothes at Blizzard Beach and we drove to our Pirate’s Adventure dinner. The kids really enjoyed it and several kids and band directors got called up on stage to participate in the performance!
