Lemon Baked Shrimp Over Parmesan Angel Hair Pasta

Another yummy dinner from a recipe idea on Pinterest! I baked the shrimp in the oven covered in butter and lemon juice. Boiled the pasta per instructions on the packet. I dumped 4 tbs of butter and a half cup of Parmesan on the hot, drained noodles…and then just mixed it all. The guys loved it!

I also served my garlic Parmesan biscuits too. Get a can of the Pillsbury crescent rounds. Tear them apart, dip them in melted garlic butter and then dump them in a bowl of grated Parmesan…bake per directions on can. Yummy!
