Chicken Pot Pie Biscuits

Tony really rags me for making so many things with biscuits or crescent rolls…but the boys love it and it’s an easy ingredient to use to make yummy dishes. Here’s one that the kids really love…chicken pot pie biscuits. There are NEVER any left.

Name of Dish: Chicken Pot Pie Biscuits
Ingredients:
1 can Chicken A La King
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Chunky Chicken Breast Meat (or 1 cooked, shredded chicken breast per 4 biscuits)
2 cups shredded cheese (your choice)
2 cans Grands Homestyle biscuits
Directions:
Mix the Chicken a la King, cream of chicken soup, and chicken in a bowl
Open the biscuits and flatten them out
Place the biscuits in a LARGE, greased (I use Pam) muffing tin like pie crust
Spoon the chicken mixture in until it almost reaches the top of the biscuit (leave a little room
Top each biscuit with the cheese
Bake in oven at 350 for 15-17 minutes
Serve warm – makes 16 biscuits
