Tasty Pot Pie Casserole

Made a yummy dinner of Chicken Pot Pie Casserole for the boys. They loved it! Here’s the recipe!


  • 2-3 cups of shredded chicken (or rotisserie chicken or canned chicken)
  • 1 bag of frozen peas and carrots (cooked)
  • 1 can of corn (drained)
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can of cream of chicken (or just 2 cream of chicken if you don’t like mushroom)
  • 1 can of biscuits
  • Salt, Pepper, Garlic to taste


  • Mix the soup, veggies, soup, and seasonings in a bowl (I added a 1/2 cup of milk to thin out the soup but it’s not necessary)
  • Place in the mixture in a 9×13 greased casserole dish
  • Cover with foil and cook in oven for 20 minutes at 350
  • Remove from oven and cover with the biscuits
  • Cook for an additional 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown
  • Remove and let cool about 5 minutes before serving
