On the 28th of December, Amanda took me to the doctor for a post foot surgery appointment. Bad news…the bone isn’t healing as fast as the doctor expected, so that meant two more weeks on crutches/in my wheelchair. I was really disappointed and not much fun to be around for the rest of the day. Being unable to put any weight on my foot for 10 weeks makes it difficult on me, Tony, and everyone in my family. I’m taking lots of vitamin D and some additional bone supplements, so hopefully the next doctor’s appointment will end with a happier result…a healed bone and me WALKING (and driving) again! Prayers would be most appreciated.
